CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by Delegate Anthony
Brown.

PG 308-02 PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY - CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT - CAR BOOT PILOT PROGRAM

This bill was considered. Present for the work session in support of the bill were: Paul A. Drula, Warrants/Fugitive Squad, Prince George's County Sheriffs Department; Sheriff Alonzo D. Black, II, Office of the Sheriff, Prince George's County; Mike Caring, Executive Director, Maryland Sheriffs Association.

PG 304-02 PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY - ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - RESTAURANTS UNDER FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS

This bill was considered. Present for the work session in support of the bill were: Delegate Barbara Frush, Sponsor, PG 304-02; Robert G. Beall, Vice President, Ledo Pizza System; Louis Mason, Owner, Ledo Pizza, Laurel, Maryland.

The committee heard remarks from Dr. Ronald A. Williams, Co-Chair, Community Task Force on Police Accountability, regarding the Task Force recommendations.

These bills were considered. It was noted that the bills share identical language. Present for the work session in support of the bill were: Sheriff Alonzo D. Black, II, Office of the Sheriff, Prince George's County; Lt. Colonel Frank Kobilis, Office of the Sheriff, Prince George's County; Mike Jackson, President, Deputy Sheriffs Association.
