Death of Howard 'Pete' Rawlings

 It is with deep regret that we inform you that Delegate Howard 'Pete' Rawlings of the 40th Legislative District of Baltimore City, passed away Friday, November 14, 2003.  He served in the House of Delegates since January, 10, 1979.  He represented the City for twenty-five years, serving the last eleven of those years as Chairman of the Appropriations Committee.
