Carolyn J. B. Howard, Chair, Prince George's County Delegation has appointed Delegate Michael Vaughn as the new Prince George's County Delegation Liaison to the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors -- Delegate Marvin Holmes will serve as Alternate.
