Meeting Minutes

February 14, 2003

  

Delegate Howard, Chair, convened the meeting at 9:00 a. m.

 

Present:  Delegates Benson, Brown, Conroy, Davis, Frush, Gaines, Griffith,

Healey, Holmes, Hubbard, Kelley, Menes, Moe, Niemann, Parker, Patterson, Proctor, Ramirez, Ross, Turner, Vallario, Vaughan, and Howard

 

Absent: 0 

 

Prayer:  Delegate Darryl A. Kelley

 

Delegate Howard introduced the guests’ speaker of the morning.  The President of Local 1619, Prince George’s County Professional Fire Fighters Association.  Mr. Thomas McEachin and Prince George’s County Sheriff, Michael A. Jackson.  Each speaker gave an overview of the services they provide in the county.  Each officer passed out handouts for the Delegation’s review, and questions.  Sheriff Jackson and President McEachin will partner with the Delegation to meet the needs and address the concerns of the county’s residents. The Sheriff and the President were available to answer many questions from the Delegation.  The Chair thanked both guest for attending the Delegation meeting.
