Synopsis For the purpose of authorizing the Prince George's Board of License Commissioners to issue a Class BLX [on premise] beer, wine, and liquor license for use in a movie theater with average daily receipts for the sale of certain food that exceed average daily receipts from sale of alcoholic beverage establishing an investment requirement for a license application if the movie theater located in a certain area.
